A gTLD .mrbeast
I can assist you in creating a gTLD (domain suffix) .mrbeast, which enables you to have any vanity domain you wish:
www.youtube.mrbeast
www.tiktok.mrbeast
www.RealLifeSquidGame.mrbeast
www.7DaysBuriedAlive.mrbeast
www.feastables.mrbeast
www.chocolate.mrbeast
www.charity.mrbeast
www.philanthropy.mrbeast
www.giveaways.mrbeast
www.challenges.mrbeast
www.shop.mrbeast
www.subscribe.mrbeast
www.partnerships.mrbeast
www.talent.mrbeast
All major brands already have their vanity gTLD, examples being www.search.google or www.artists.youtube, some are even rerouting their .com to their own gTLD like www.canon.com forwards to www.global.canon or www.barclays.com forwards to www.home.barclays.
How does it work?
gTLDs can be applied for at ICANN - there was a 1st new gTLD round in 2012 (I co-founded and founded the applications for .berlin and .gay), and mid-2026 will be the second round for new gTLD applications. For it I founded .airport (www.dotairport.org) and will also help about 10 of the largest airports in the world to get “their” vanity gTLDs, like .lax (think www.departures.lax), .atl (think www.arrivals.atl) or .sfo (think www.airport.sfo) - as airports of that size are billion-dollar revenue companies.
One can apply for a new gTLD at ICANN in mid-2026, and the gTLD might be operable as early as late 2026. The application is about 300 pages long and extremely costly. I have attended ICANN meetings since 2004 and have been in the working groups that created the application guidelines for both the 1st and the now 2nd new gTLD rounds.
How much does it cost?
ICANN charges US$ 227,000 just for the application. There are other associated costs like legal costs while crafting the application, cost for the coordination of the process (that is me in this case), cost for the registry service provider who will run the technical backend for the TLD - usually a “TLD-in-a-box” system where you can simply register domains for yourself in an admin panel. .mrbeast would be like .canon a so-called “brand gTLD” — which is much easier to operate, and you do not have to offer registrations of domains to others (all domains belong only to you). Calculate about US$ 500,000 to get .mrbeast and to set it up for operation, and then about US$ 75,000 annually to run it. Also: 50,000 .mrbeast domains are included at no additional cost — and adding more is inexpensive. So you could give every single one of your videos a URL linking to the YouTube, FB or TikTok deeplink — no problem!
What is the timeline?
You and I sign an agreement late 2025, early 2026 latest. Around mid-2026 we will apply for .mrbeast, until then the 300-page application has to be crafted (I will organize that), and a registry service provider has to be found (I know them and will pick one for you).
Around autumn 2026 we should know whether we are the only ones who applied for .mrbeast (the chances are about 100% that nobody else will go for it), and by the end of 2026, or early 2027, the gTLD .mrbeast could be in the root of the internet, and then it works globally. You can then create any .mrbeast domain you like - e.g., www.feastables.mrbeast or www.youtube.mrbeast! The domains will work just like any .com domain works.
Why do you need a gTLD just for yourself, especially when your world is dominated by social networks?
Well, you would be the very first social media entrepreneur, the first YouTuber with his very own domain suffix! In and of itself, it just oozes “importance” - nobody else has one! The ones who have their own vanity gTLD are global brand entities like BMW, Canon, Google, YouTube, Target, Amazon.
Every other social content creator lives in the .com land - you live in .mrbeast land - in your own empire!
You can create as many domains as you wish, which are Gold for meaningful links like:
www.youtube.mrbeast
www.tiktok.mrbeast
www.feastables.mrbeast
www.store.mrbeast
www.subscribe.mrbeast
www.RealLifeSquidGame.mrbeast (see more about video URLs below)
Easily shareable and pronounceable URLs for your videos
You can add easy-to-share URLs to all your videos - see the example of www.7DaysBuriedAlive.mrbeast below.
short, memorable, pronounceable
easy to type on a phone
easy to say in a video
easy to show on thumbnails
easy to DM to a friend
Because every URL ends with “.mrbeast,” your brand is reinforced every time a fan shares a link. Whether it’s posted in YouTube comments, WhatsApp chats, Discord servers, or on thumbnails and title cards, your name becomes part of every share. It’s built-in, automatic brand promotion.
Aside from you and your videos - who else should have .mrbeast domains
All your affiliated ventures should have one:
www.feastables.mrbeast
www.burgers.mrbeast
www.charity.mrbeast / www.philanthropy.mrbeast
www.store.mrbeast / www.shop.mrbeast
The MrBeast entertainment venture itself:
www.jobs.mrbeast / www.talent.mrbeast
www.pr.mrbeast / www.media.mrbeast
www.news.mrbeast
Your sidekicks should have one:
www.karl.mrbeast → redirects to karljacobs.net
www.nolan.mrbeast → redirects to nolanhansen.com
www.chandler.mrbeast → redirects to his TikTok @chandlerhallow
www.tareq.mrbeast → redirects to his Instagram @tareqq
Potential add-on: AnyName Technology - resolves nonexistent domain names like www.literally-anything.mrbeast
I have just patented a new technology that would enable a brand gTLD like .mrbeast to resolve domains that do not (yet) exist - with a little help of a few tricks and AI! The user types in something like www.PrivateJetVideo.mrbeast, and the AI system would know that the domain does not exist - and will find the right content (which is here the video of the 100 days in a jet). I have developed AnyName for .airport, check a functioning mockup at mockup.anyname.technology. I hope that by the time .mrbeast is in the root, the AnyName concept will be permitted by ICANN and IETF. See more at www.AnyName.technology
How to introduce .mrbeast to your fan base
You could create Street Challenge Videos or “Mr Beast Videos” that revolve around the new .mrbeast gTLD:
“Look: www.feastables.mrbeast is a website. Type any-word.mrbeast into your phone – if it works, you win $10,000!”
“I Bought My Own Internet Ending – Now Suggest Domains That I Should Have: The Best 5 Win Each $10,000!”
“The $100,000 .mrbeast Domain Contest!”
“Comment your best .mrbeast domain idea right now. I’m giving away ten $10,000 prizes:”
“5 prizes go to my personal favorite ideas (I choose).”
“5 prizes go to the 5 ideas that get suggested the most times (most popular). One comment per person — go!”
“I Surprised My Entire Crew With Their Own .mrbeast Websites!”
I can churn out more ideas like that if you wish.
What’s in it for me (Alexander)?
I will charge my fees for my expertise (there aren’t many guys around who are actively involved in creating new gTLDs for 20 years - we started 2005 for .berlin). I usually charge US$ 75,000 plus US$750 per travel day for in-house visits (plus flights, accommodation). I would probably do it for US$ 50,000 in this case if Jimmy endorses me as “celebrity gTLD creator”: after this 2nd round, there will most likely be (after a few years) a third new gTLD round - and I would like to then create more vanity gTLDs for other celebrities: so .mrbeast would be a good showcase.
