Operated by dotAIRPORT, LLC, all IATA-Code-based .airport domain names will display an automated landing page that provides standardized links to the relevant part of the airport’s official website. Examples being “Departures”, “Arrivals”, “Terminal Maps”, “Transportation” or “Parking”. The button “Departures” at the landing page for “www.lax.airport” would then lead to “flylax.com/en/flight-search-list?type=dep”.


Metropolitan airport code based websites such as “lon.airport” or “mow.airport” will display an area map and all airports which are serving the metropolitan region. The same is true for city-name-based .airport domains of cities that are being served by multiple international airports; examples being london.airport, moscow.airport or tokyo.airport.

dotAIRPORT, LLC is a public-benefit, non-profit and .airport domain names are free of cost to the airports. Therefore we are reliant on sponsorships.
